The agreement

Terms of Use

These terms keep the relationship between you and Still simple, respectful, and clear. By using Still, you agree to the terms below.

Effective September 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Still is a personal reflection and intention-tracking app operated by Still("Still," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the Still app and its related information pages.

2. Personal reflection only

Still provides tools for setting intentions, focusing for a chosen period, and recording personal reflections. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not a diagnostic, treatment, crisis-support, or emergency service.

Manifestation and visualization are personal practices. Still does not promise or guarantee that an intention will happen, that a particular outcome will occur, or that using the app will produce financial, health, relationship, or career results.

3. Using the app responsibly

You may use Still for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the intentions and notes you enter and for deciding whether the practice is appropriate for you. Do not use the app while driving or in any situation that requires your full attention.

4. Timers, notifications, audio, and haptics

Timers, reminders, spoken cues, sounds, and haptics depend on your device, volume, Focus mode, notification permissions, battery state, and operating-system behaviour. They may be delayed, interrupted, muted, or unavailable. Do not rely on Still for safety-critical timing or alerts.

5. Your content and iCloud

You retain responsibility for the intentions and notes you create. Still keeps a local copy on your device. When Still Unlimited is active and iCloud is available, Still uses your private Apple CloudKit database to sync intention details, practice history, notes, and archive status. Reminder, voice, and haptic preferences remain device-specific. There is no separate Still account.

iCloud availability and timing depend on an active Still Unlimited entitlement, your Apple Account, network, storage, device settings, and Apple services. Sync may be delayed or unavailable, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed permanent backup. Removing the app may remove local records while an earlier iCloud copy remains under your Apple Account settings.

6. Purchases

Still lets you create and use one intention locally for free. Still Unlimited is an optional non-consumable In-App Purchase that unlocks unlimited intentions and private iCloud sync. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and has no recurring charge. The price and purchase type are shown before you confirm and may vary by country or region.

App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and account terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

7. Ownership

Still's software, visual design, branding, audio arrangement, and original content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or its materials.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Still. We aim to provide a calm and reliable experience, but the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

10. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Still from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom licence is presented in App Store Connect. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Still except where required by law.

You can read the Apple Standard EULA on Apple's website.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Still’s operator, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

12. Contact and changes

We may update these Terms as Still evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to thirdinspiration@gmail.com.

A quiet place for what matters to you.
