What is included for free?

You can create and use your first intention for free, including its timer, reminder, practice history, optional notes, archive, and local storage. Still Unlimited is a one-time In-App Purchase that unlocks unlimited intentions and private iCloud sync. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.

How do I restore Still Unlimited?

Open Settings in Still and tap Restore Purchases, or use Restore Purchases on the Still Unlimited paywall. Be signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase. If the purchase is valid, Still unlocks automatically. You are not charged again for restoring a non-consumable purchase.

Why is my purchase not showing?

Check your internet connection and confirm that the App Store is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then try Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, restart Still and contact support with the purchase date, storefront, iPhone model, and iOS version. Do not send payment-card details.

Why didn’t I receive my reminder?

Open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, then Still, and confirm that notifications are allowed. Also check Focus mode and Scheduled Summary. Still schedules reminders on your device and does not require them for the app to work.

Why can’t I hear the voice or completion sound?

Increase your media volume, disconnect any unintended Bluetooth audio device, and confirm Gentle Voice cues is enabled in Still's Settings. The final completion chime is separate from the spoken closing cue.

Why don’t I feel the breathing haptics?

Confirm Haptics is enabled in Still. Haptics require supported iPhone hardware and may be reduced by system accessibility, battery, or device settings.

Where are my intentions and notes stored?

Still keeps a local copy so the app works offline. With Still Unlimited active, tracker details, practice history, optional notes, and archive status also sync through the private CloudKit database for your Apple Account when iCloud is available. The content fields are encrypted through CloudKit. Reminder, voice, and haptic preferences remain on each device. Still does not create a separate account or upload your content to a developer-operated server.

Why is iCloud Sync not updating?

Private iCloud sync requires Still Unlimited. If you already purchased it, use Restore Purchases and then check the iCloud card in Settings. Confirm that the iPhone is signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is available, and the device has a connection and sufficient iCloud storage. Tap Sync to try again. Your latest changes remain stored on the device while Still waits for iCloud.

How do I remove my data?

You can archive an intention inside Still. Deleting the app removes its local copy, but previously synced content may remain in iCloud so it can return after reinstallation or on another device. To remove the iCloud copy, manage Still in your Apple Account's iCloud storage settings. Device backups may independently retain another copy under your Apple settings.

Is Still medical or therapeutic care?

No. Still is a personal reflection and intention-tracking tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or an emergency service.

A quiet place for what matters to you.
